About Tales of Southtown
Tales of Southtown was originally constructed as something I would do with the Seraphim characters that I had originally made for Fetch Quest, something that was basically very random that I did on the side along with In Wily's Defense and, at the time, Get Blue Spheres.

I included some characters I liked from various fighting games, utilizing colored sprites of characters found in the Neo Geo Pocket Color games, and this is why the comic is called "Tales of Southtown"... because most of the characters are from the Fatal Fury and King of Fighters series, with just a few exceptions (Dan and Guile from Street Fighter).

It's not really something meant to be taken seriously, I just update this whenever I feel like it. It's sort of a bridge between In Wily's Defense and Fetch Quest, and home to any random stupid idas I can think of.

And now some credits.

- The Sprites Database is where I usually go for the sprites and backgrounds I use for Tales of Southtown. Particularly, with the exception of Hibiki Takane, all of the NGPC characters I used were likely ripped by Grim. Hibiki was ripped by me. All NGPC sprites are colored by me.

- The eight Seraphim (Fir, Keime, Janice, Tyrine, Antillies, Ena, Calicus, and Thor) were created and sprited by me.

- The characters of Big Nasty, Destiny Rule, Fayte Rule, Kitty Navilos, Nala Navilos, Sapphire, Jorge Amingo, and Mr. OMA were created by Alan Solivan. The 16-bit Megaman style sprites I use for the comic were made by myself, and you can find the sheets available for download on Alan's site.

- The characters of Athena Asamiya, Ryuji Yamazaki, Geese Howard, Kasumi Todoh, Kyo Kusanagi, Iori Yagami, Hibiki Takane, and Terry Bogard are created by SNK. They come from the following series: King of Fighters, Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, and Last Blade.

- The characters of Dan Hibiki and Guile are created by Capcom. They come from the Street Fighter series.

- Any cameo characters I use are created by the people who made them. The most significant ones, other than the TRG characters, are Cailen Crow (created by Cailen Denton), Kirbopher (created by Chris Nowinski), the Wise Mankey (created by Greg Prytyka), Metaknuckles and the cast of the Scrambled Channel, and Toadkarter (and the cast of Friendly Fire, which is just about the same as Scrambled's cast =P ).
